Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

  • Build, maintain and enhance the pipeline for digital transformation opportunities to support the current and new solutions offered
  • Consult and review requirements with clients to recommend the appropriate architecture and design on the Salesforce platform
  • Plan and implement solutions to optimize the delivery pipeline
  • Develop high-quality presentations, proposals and software demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Build and enhance existing client relationships
  • Assist the team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Create, execute and maintain automated customer communications at various stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure all solutions are developed and well-documented in a manner that allows ease of maintenance by our support team
  • Understand all capabilities of Salesforce configuration and functional capabilities. Remain up-to-date on Salesforce changes, updates and additions
  • Actively look for emerging technologies to complement our existing portfolio of solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience with Salesforce Solutions
  • Experience with eCommerce and ERP Solutions is a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven track record with Requirement Scoping, Functional Analysis, Technology Solution Design, Effort & Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Client Presentations and Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Experience working with global teams
