Salesforce Solutions Architect

  • Location:New York, NY
  • Start Date:February 1, 2021

Job Description:

  • Participate in meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop working technology solutions for reference and starting points for the development team
  • Support sales and delivery teams on sales opportunities by providing solutions, project estimates/costs, proposals and agreements
  • Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches via technology enablement; work closely with internal and external development partners to identify potential or alternative solutions
  • Maintain a relationship between the delivery team and clients to support client engagement and ensure alignment
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Review and evaluate project designs/plans for compliance with development guidelines; provide tangible feedback to improve project flow


  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Experience in full lifecycle delivery
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (preferred)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certification (preferred)

Salesforce Solutions Engineer

  • Location:New York, NJ

Job Description:

  • Build, maintain and enhance the pipeline for digital transformation opportunities to support the current and new solutions offered
  • Consult and review requirements with clients to recommend the appropriate architecture and design on the Salesforce platform
  • Plan and implement solutions to optimize the delivery pipeline
  • Develop high-quality presentations, proposals and software demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Build and enhance existing client relationships
  • Assist the team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Create, execute and maintain automated customer communications at various stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure all solutions are developed and well-documented in a manner that allows ease of maintenance by our support team
  • Understand all capabilities of Salesforce configuration and functional capabilities. Remain up-to-date on Salesforce changes, updates and additions
  • Actively look for emerging technologies to complement our existing portfolio of solutions


  • 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience with Salesforce Solutions
  • Experience with eCommerce and ERP Solutions is a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven track record with Requirement Scoping, Functional Analysis, Technology Solution Design, Effort & Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Client Presentations and Cross Functional Collaboration

Salesforce Project Manager

  • Location:New York, NY
  • Start Date:February 1, 2021

Job Description:

  • Lead the execution of small and large projects; leveraging the Salesforce platform
  • Lead multiple high profile, complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Ensure all requirements are documented in detail and approved by clients prior to implementation
  • Act as a liaison between consultants, developers and clients to ensure effective project coordination
  • Collect, analyze and summarize information on project phases, tasks and timelines; communicate all project updates and changes to the internal team in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report all project updates in regard to business scope, timeline, budget and project issues.
  • Create, update and manage all project documentation in the appropriate systems
  • Navigate through and address difficult conversations with clients related to scope, budget and schedule
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Facilitate project scheduling and issue resolution


  • 3+ years project management experience (Salesforce implementation required)  
  • Strong technical background, specifically on the Salesforce platform  
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience in full lifecycle delivery
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
