Salesforce Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Build, maintain and enhance the pipeline for digital transformation opportunities to support the current and new solutions offered
  • Build and enhance existing client relationships
  • Actively look for emerging technologies to complement our existing portfolio of solutions
  • Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
  • Obtain a detailed understanding of clients’ internal processes and workflow to enable better service delivery and enhance client relationships
  • Attend meetings with the business development team, acting as a technical expert
  • Put together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
  • Educate and update clients on procedural, technological, compliance and regulatory changes affecting workflow, pricing, technology and service.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience with Salesforce Solutions

eCommerce Presales Executive

  • Location:New York, NY

Role:

We are looking for a technically savvy Presales Executive to build out our eCommerce practice.

In this role, you will take the lead on Presales to our existing and net new B2B and B2C customers on how they can accelerate their growth with an effective eCommerce channel, and in architecting and proposing solutions per their requirements. This practice will complement our existing ERP, CRM and Analytics practices leveraging Salesforce, SAP and Tableau.

Responsibilities:

  •  Managing the entire eCommerce Presales cycle through execution of the technical sales process to drive both revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Developing solutions based on prospect requirements aligned with Saberpoint’s ERP, Analytics, CRM and global solution portfolio, demos, technical discovery and POCs
  • Working collaboratively with customers and internal teams including Sales, Presales and delivery teams
  • Participating in or lead development of business proposals, RFP and RFI responses, and value engineering and ROI/TCO calculations for customers
  • Effectively transferring customer requirements from Presales activities to the global project delivery team for successful project deployments by managing scope, controlling costs, and ensuring the proposed solution will meet customer requirements or expectations

Qualifications:

  •  Must have 7+ years of Presales experience with eCommerce solutions
  • Experience with Shopify, SAP, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
  • Experience with managing global teams

Role:

The Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering systems and enhancements developed from established requirements. The Functional Consultant has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders, internal team and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sessions with customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis.
  • Being involved in a functional capacity to help with the design and implementation of Sales, Commercial, Marketing Customer Service solutions developed on Salesforce.
  • Being involved in the process and technology assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our clients and how these can be addressed through Salesforce.com cloud offerings, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud.
  • Building and applying industry and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
  • Developing, utilizing and sharing your skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance

Requirements:

  • End to End SAP Business One Functional & Technical Knowledge
  • Expertise with both SAP B1 HANA and SQL versions
