Job Description:
- Lead the execution of small and large projects; leveraging the Salesforce platform
- Lead multiple high profile, complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Ensure all requirements are documented in detail and approved by clients prior to implementation
- Act as a liaison between consultants, developers and clients to ensure effective project coordination
- Collect, analyze and summarize information on project phases, tasks and timelines; communicate all project updates and changes to the internal team in a timely manner
- Monitor and report all project updates in regard to business scope, timeline, budget and project issues.
- Create, update and manage all project documentation in the appropriate systems
- Navigate through and address difficult conversations with clients related to scope, budget and schedule
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Facilitate project scheduling and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3+ years project management experience (Salesforce implementation required)
- Strong technical background, specifically on the Salesforce platform
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in full lifecycle delivery
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working with global teams
